We were there for Veterans Day last year. . . .we attended a premier of a symphony written to honor Veterans at the D-Day museum. . .

Heart of Dallas Bowl

A couple of days ago I noticed a large billboard close to downtown Dallas (when driving up I-35) that said "LA Tech - this is Cajun Country!"  

I remarked to my son that I must have made a wrong turn somewhere or Dallas had been taken over by Cajuns and I just had not realized it yet.

Has anyone else in the Dallas area seen that board? Based on the location and size,  I would imagine LA Tech must have dropped about $5,000 or more to rent that short term.

Perhaps this and the bowl game are just an attempt to recruit more students...
