A note to those reading this thread

You can, if you want and if you have an active twitter account, "favorite" the tweets of the recruits when they send out something like Cherry and Johnson did today (see this page above^).

You can even do that directly from this page, just hit the star (lower right).

It's not much, but such action will at least let them know someone out there sees it and appreciates the sentiment.

Just from what I have read Im pretty sure we wont land MJ.  I was hoping for him but oh well.  Im not gonna sweat it anymore, I wish him well at UCLA and will feel sorry for him if he goes ags.  Sumlin = DC of the year?

Dont sweat it peeps.  

We have Strong and lots of other very good recruits coming in.  

Any defensive recruit who chooses another school over UT with Strong and Bedford (based on football only), would probably run the wrong the on a pick anyways or pull a Leon Lett.

Maybe not this weekend is the latest word on Martin.  Looks like he decided that on his own without confirming, or there were simply mixed communications.

Florida CB Davante Davis (6'3, 200) named Texas and FSU as co-leaders

Scout shows him at 6'2, 185 but, either way, he has the size Strong is searching for

No. 27 CB nationally, the No. 43 player in the state, and the No. 295 player overall in the 247Sports Composite rankings

Interesting also is that FSU is in the mix for Holton Hill, Kris Boyd and Kendall Sheffield. 

Also that he is teammates with Devonaire Clarington - they just won state together

Was committed to Syracuse at one point.

Also has offers from Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio State and says he "may" still visit Florida, Georgia, and Miami

IMO, this is a must get. Big tall corners are what Charlie wants.

Looks like that the report he is now up to 6'5 may be correct? (yes, he plays BBall too)

He is still committed to Georgia as of now, but clearly is thinking about UT alot (he has done this before)
