Steve Sarkisian and new defensive coordinator Will Muschamp added their second transfer linebacker in as many days on Saturday. On the heels of a commitment from former Florida State linebacker Justin Cryer, former Pittsburgh Panther Rasheem Biles pledged to the Longhorns.

He committed to the Panthers as part of their 2022 recruiting class and played three seasons in Pittsburgh. Biles leaves his former team with 183 total tackles (87 solo) and 10.5 sacks.

With the commitment of Biles, the Longhorns have now secured 10 players from the transfer portal.

Biles should have an immediate impact on defense for the Longhorns.
