Its good to know he had benefitted from having someone to talk with to help him chart a path to help him reach his goals. Or, maybe not so much.

Seriously, someone needs to put partisan interests aside and get this kid someone to talk to and help him figure out what school he should attend. This is turning into a 30 for 30 before NSD. He evidently has talent. He needs someone to sit him down and help him sort things out before he screws up his future.

Trey L and Garnett were going to decommit A LONG TIME AGO. Henderson appears upset because Bo Davis left per his interview just now. None of that is on Charlie Strong.

What that means is when it comes to big time DTs the final two seasons, Mack's crew went a rousing 0-5.

thats the nature of the beast when you change head coaches and staffs. Losing a few kids was going to happen in the changeover. Charlie Strong is one of the most respected "defensive" guys in the country and won titles as a DC - Bo Davis leaving and just a coaching change in general had more to do with a few unsure guys looking elsewhere than any notion a defensive player wouldnt be sold on Strong. If they couldnt stick around to talk more with CS or even flip around to multiple schools its not great loss IMO

Isiah golden next season and daylon Mack (if he stays committed) in 2015! Playing time won't come that easy

I'm sure not it had nothing to do with Bo Davis leaving and not knowing anyone on this D-Staff. Half these kids don't have a clue who Strong is.

The philosophical view usually is that doors open for better things when other doors close.

Myself, I was worried that the alloted offers were almost filled up, not allowing recruits out there to decide to come to Texas.

For me, these events can give Strong an opening to make a spot for players he knows are out there.
