I will always be 100% behind hiring Wickline. Great coach and great recruiter.

I really like Searles also, when Mack hired Searles the OL was in bad shape. Searles has recruited great players in the time he has been here. The OL will be a strong group in the coming seasons and we can thank Searles for that.

If Searles is replaced by Wickline or anyone else I hope he has a few schools trying to hire him the day he leaves. He has become one of my favorite coaches on the staff. Anyway you put it though having Wickline on the staff would be awesome!

Doesnt sound like money would be the pure determining factor. Some have mentioned the relationship with Strong and Wickline has liked the idea of Texas before, but didnt want to be on Mack's staff
