Went to watch Cedar Hill vs Desoto. Desoto won 55-41. They were just the better team.
But I saw Cedar Hill's QB put on a freaking show.
Avery Davis threw for 463 yards and 4 TD's while rushing for 109 yards and 2 TD's.
He is a Notre Dame commit. Did we even make an offer to him?
Rambo caught 3 TD's and had 284 yards receiving. I know we made him an offer. Rambo wasn't as impressive as Avery. Maybe Notre Dame is his dream. But Texas with a new coach might be a better fit.
I got a little insight about Coach McGuire's situation. This source is the only source that is 100% trustworthy.
If I had to guess, I think he will be taking a job at the collegiate level. I also know that Herman and him are friends.
But my source says there may be a collegiate head coaching job he is interested in. I never thought about it. But this school has an opening and a popular high school coach is a real possibility. (FYI it isn't Div 1)
Don't want to name the school out of trustworthiness, but he would do great there.
