Charlie Strong has informed his staff a decision has not been reached.

I can't figure what in the world is going on here. It's all over the place (here as well) that Strong to Texas, and that Strong himself has been pushing for the job. Then we hear that a decision hasn't been reached? What the heck?

I'm told there's 1stumbling block keeping Strong-Texas from happening. May get resolved, but not yet. Offer is there, not formally accepted.

Folks saying Charlie Strong hasnt taken the Texas job 'cause he cant secure a landing place for Clint Hurtt. If true, Strong is beyond loyal

This is the same Charlie Strong that accepted the Tennessee job last year and then at the last moment back out. One thing for sure, if he balks, he better enjoy Louisville because no one else will give him another chance.

Who the hell is Clint Hurtt, why is he f##king up our shit, and why wasn't this resolved prior to the offer?

This.

Wow! If this is true then somebody in bellmont really wanted to screw with new regime. Payback for Mack?

No offense, but this doesn't sound like he himself is wavering. It sounds like something technical that will be resolved soon.

Meeting over. Assistant coaches have left. No sign of Charlie Strong.
