Whats your name, and where you from?

Vern. Fan since early Tommy Ford days. Got into UT '68. Had to leave after 2 semesters. Guess since I didn't graduate it makes me a T-shirt fan? Huge real country music fan. Met Coach a few times. He was a fan of my dad and his brothers band and came to some of my sons shows a few years ago.
"T-shirt fan" is an invention of the cult in Collie Station. They thought it was a put down of UT and weren't smart enough to understand it is a humongous compliment to the Longhorns. IMO, a T-shirt fan is one of the best fans, as they didn't graduate from Texas, but they still love the greatest school on earth.

Hook 'em!

DoakI'm a horn by birth only, my dad graduated from UT way back when.

I now live in Boise, ID, spent my early years in Arlington before Pop moved us up north.
Doak Walker was my childhood hero. I saw him, single handedly, destroy UT at Memorial stadium.

Shane from Corpus Christi, TX. Between my wife and I we have three degrees from UT. Broke my heart when my 17 year old son put an aggie bumper sticker on his car. At least he isn't going to school there!

Tim from Athens. 1980 graduate. Was lucky to be in school whe Earl won the Heisman. Have daughter that is sophomore at UT now.

Remove the bumper and burn it. It's useless now.

Randy - grew up in Alvarado. Played football at Ouachita Baptist University and got a degree in English in '92. Coached and taught for 14 years in Texas and Oklahoma. Currently in Frederick, Oklahoma as high school principal - 22 years in education. I have cheered for the Longhorns for as long as I can remember. Having lived in Arkansas and Oklahoma I can say, without hesitation, that Razorback fans are worse than Sooner fans. It's not even close.

Marla from Kerrville. Born and lived in Austin till "69. Degree from UT and grew up in Knothole of DKR. Avid Longhorn fan, that bleeds Orange! Married and retired to Kerrville from El Paso as Austin was getting too big! Have owned my own Travel Business for 13 years now and travel as much as we can.

No Aggie fan at all, but have loved watching Johnny Football play since his days at Tivy HS. Always wanted Mack to offer him at QB and knew that Texas would be sorry he went to A&M!

Names Keith, from Austin. Went to HS in Austin where my dad was my HS head FB coach. Brother was a GA football coach at UT in '99-'00 at UT. I love the Horns!

My name is Jim, and I'm with BlueGoldSports.com. Wanna thank Aaron and Big Mike for helping get BGS off the ground. The Deuce (Jerry) told me I needed to check out these boards. Damn glad to be here.

And a baba booey to y'all!

Born and raised in Austin… started at UT, then chased some tail to SWT. Finished with a BS in BS.

My name is John and I'm a 1982 grad. (Second generation) I live in Edgewater, Florida where I serve as the pastor of a Baptist church. Hence the "Rev"

My name is Brent and I am a t-shirt fan (my AA impression). I was born in Channelview, TX, outside of Houston and lived there mostly with stops in Alaska and Colorado. I have lived in New Zealand for the last 11 years. It's home now.

My name is Ronnie, currently living in Southern California just about 40 minutes north of LA, moving to Austin next year to begin college and hopefully stay there a long time

Ronnie has been of my longtime followers on twitter. He is true Longhorn fan..

My name is not Ellie, but that's what you can call me!

Both my husband and I are both UT Grads, 1989. I'm a Mom, a wife and I dabble once in a while in business as a VP of Sales for a decent sized software/technology company, specializing in Education. I got on Orangebloods.com years ago as a way of being able to learn and speak more intelligently about Longhorn sports with both my husband and people I encountered in business. Turns out, I really love it on its own merits.

I grew up in Austin, but now live in Plano.

my husband will post frequently under my name. He might be the biggest Longhorn fan I know.

We have two children, both girls. One is all princess and one is a championship golfer.

We've had season tickets for more than 20+ years. Happy to be here now. Hope this community grows and continues to be a warmer, more personable place to read and post.

Jon from Sugar Land, TX (outside of Houston). Never attended UT. Lifelong Texas fan. Youngest daughter is an '07 grad and letter winner on the rowing team.
