winston malveaux is my name. grew up in beaumont, tx... moved to houston early 80's. graduated college, and had a brief career in the oil and gas field (contractually, at several firms) downtown houston. was hereby presented with a great opportunity to work for the "u.s. military" (senior operations specialist) throughout the theater of afghanistan. this opportunity has allowed me the honor of traveling throughout the world, all the while shedding a little "burnt orange fever" along the way.

one of my greatest accomplishments thus far... is turning half of the theater of afghanistan BURNT ORANGE...

I teach Texas History and coach football, basketball and baseball in the Texas Panhandle.

I'm married with 2 daughters and I currently live in Hutchinson county, Texas

My two sisters and mom all went to Texas and growing up in Central Texas it was always Texas for me.

My affair with Texas sports dates to 1962. I was in the locker room after the national title game against Navy and several other big games. It cemented my love for the Horns. Been a season ticket holder for 19 years.

David Got my Civil Engineering degree from UT in (you guessed it) 1983. Been a UT fan as long as I can remember. My wife and son both graduated from UT as well; along with a brother and sister. Live in Austin. Enjoying the site very much. Got to see Earl play his senior year while a freshman at UT. Also got to witness Ricky beating the record (and the aggies!). Interesting bit - RSJ worked for me last Summer and it was thrilling and sad to watch his recruitment. Though we had him as he is a die-heart Horn. Just sad what Parent's will do to their kids!
