What we learned from all of this.

What I've learned from this week is that our program is in bad shape.

Half of the longhorns' fans are rejoicing and the other half are devastated, this alone SPEAKS VOLUMES. A mini civil war is brewing on the 40 acres and I feel this is not going to end well for either side. I never thought I would see the day where Longhorn fans are trolling and laughing at other Longhorns' fans, this is truly a special sight to see and shows that our program is a JOKE!

We are the Cowboys of College football, a laughing stock.

I'd take it a step further--our ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT (save for Volleyball) is in bad shape. This saga is telling the rest of the country who really runs UT, and it's not our athletic director.

I would ask why Patterson took the job knowing that others would make decisions on certain sports. Then again, I look at how our department is ran and I would take the job as well to get paid $1 million to sit around and do nothing.
