As y'all might know Deb and I are doing Volunteer work at the OakLand Plantation in  Natchitoches La. I am restoring an old house built in 1835. I was talking to an LSU fan. We` was talking football when he ask me how it is Texas get top talent year after year and it never shows up on the football field. I told him that the last 4 years MB was not recruiting the best talent. But we have a coach in place that will bring Texas football abck. CS is a teacher were as MB was a talker. Success on the football field depends on 3 things:  talent, character, development.  The recruiting services and rankings only look at #1, as did the previous regime.  The other 2 were pretty much ignored.

Hey guys`I think y'all know me well enough that no one is going to put down my Longhorns especially an LSU fan. I did tell him that y'all will never see Texas in the SEC. In the Big 12 Grades mean and education mean something. I did also tell him I hope y'all like the aggies because I sure don't you will find out they are the biggest cry babies in Collage football they will be a good fit in the SEC.
