I've been busy fighting the Christmas rush.. All I wanted was some dog food from tractor supply.. That took 50 minutes but was entertaining. I saw a fight... Two cat ladies fighting over a Kitty City Climbing Hill.. Didn't even know they made such a thing... The big lady with the photo picture of her cat on her sweatshirt won.. I'm sure her cats will be very happy Christmas morning..

It depends on what you mean by really low temps.. 0-10 are so rare for the southern 3rd of Texas... That's what I think of as really cold..

I think the chances of 20 or lower near the coast is not likely.. Teens in the lakes area of SE Texas is pretty high, IMHO..

It was 24 this morning at my farm near lake Livingston... Brrrrr!

teco, what site do you find to be the best for extended weather forecasts?

Hard Freeze low temps. Especially those rare occasions where it doesn't get above freezing for over 24-30 hours. That happened a few years ago and it wiped out a lot of my Tropicals even though they were well covered.

Will all this early snow cover up North mean we get even lower temps down here?
