It's nice to have a pitcher who can come in at the end of the game and inspire that much confidence.

Volantis has a 0.93 ERA over 29 innings this season. ERA of 0.00 in SEC play over 14 innings.

Grubbs has also been stellar in relief, 1.71 ERA over 31.2 innings of work.

Luke Harrison has been very solid of late. Another good start for him could clinch the series win.

BTW - an odd stat for Harrison. He has given up 19 runs this year, only 10 of them ER. In conference, 7 ER and 8 unearned.

Along with Jason Flores (11 runs, 4 ER) they have 16 of the 24 unearned runs scored against Texas all year. Just brutal defense behind those two specifically.

Edit note: The ump had been calling that spot a ball all game against both teams. Why he decided to call that one a strike is beyond me.
