Cutcliffe is a great offensive mind, no doubt.

Yep. There is going to be a huge backlash if we don't land a name. But give me a guy who comes in with a chip and wins games and I don't care what his name or background is. Cutcliffe isn't someone I think would be an option but I was using him to show what can happen when you have a great Xs and Os coach. We haven't had that here even when Mack was winning.
