Up date on CJ Hinojosa

It was first thought he had a slight tear in his labrum but now it is just a dislocation. His non=throwing shoulder will require surgery.

As soon as someone considers aggy, I am liable to give them a side eye about being a "true Longhorn". However, I'm glad to have him on the team and hope he makes it to campus.

He could still go pro. His stock has taken a hit with his injury, but there's still a chance some team could meet his magic number.

He's still a stud, or at least everything I have read about the guy points to it. We need to win another title soon. Augie is not getting any younger and it would be cool to rack up another 2 or 3 before he retires.

He was kicked off his team back in the fall after he announced that he was going to enroll early at Texas. When that fell through he went back to his coach and they worked out the details.

Not sure why as a coach you kick a kid off the team just because he announced he was going to early enroll. Coaches, sometimes, just let their egos get in the way.

I realize he is immensely talented, but I think it will be interesting to see him adjust from being the superstar on his high school team to having to give it his all and show effort at Texas alongside a lot of other talented guys.
