Twitter post about Saban

I don't read twitter but i'm sure if i felt like it i could find someone who says he's coming to texas after looking for less than a minute. so what does any of it mean? nothing.

do you trust an anonymous tweet more than a guy like Mc P who puts his name on the line? I"m not saying Saban is coming. At this point, I might have him behind Jim H, Jimbo F, Gus and Art. But he is obvisouly and clearly under consideeration.

Keep in mind, many insiders have been told to cool it on the Saban stuff. Some of them are also publicly saying things like "it's unlikely" or "it's a stretch." Additionally, they've been told to keep it mum on the serious candidates. I'd love to have heard more about Jim Harbaugh by now, but so far I've heard nothing more though I know the discussions have continued. I also know John Harbaugh has been contacted, but haven't heard how that went.
So there are going to be names you hear because people want you to hear and talk about those names, and names you either don't hear or hear denials about. We're in the last leg of this so some will be quiet and others will be all over the board.

I suspect this gets lively again a day or so before the announcement, so when the stuff starts flying again, it might be right before our new guy is announced.

I, for one, have no problem with the lack of info coming out right now. The first go at Saban and the ratio of smoke to spin to real info to misdirection it contained didn't go so well (or did it really?). As long as the end result is a bad as mofo as HC, this quiet period is TOTALLY worth it.

Besides, I'm down in Jamaica with the family and don't need THIS Longhorn addiction distracting me from QT with them

For 20 years I have given my wife "White Sand and Blue Water" for Christmas.

Usually go to Curacao or Aruba because they are warmer.

Do you believe Jamaica or The Dominican Republic are options (Warm Enough) in February?

It is currently 88 and sunny here in Kingston, on the Southeastern side of the island. In February, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril, all on the Northern side are all viable options. You'll love it.
