Have to agree with DMAC and Doc. We need to enjoy him while we can because this guy is going to be a HC somewhere soon. If it isn't this year, he'll be gone by the end of next. What he has done with our defense over the course of an off-season is borderline transcendent. Lets hope Herman knows the guy who is ready to fill that role. All of that said, I'd love an explanation for Maryland after seeing the way our D has played since.

Also, when Orlando gets his HC job, could we let him take Beck with him?

If I were Herman, I would hire someone now who is an Orlando disciple. And I would say, learn everything you can and do everything just like he does when the time comes. I would strap him to Orlando's side. lol

Orlando has shown he can quickly take the talent he has, learn what works and what doesn't (Maryland) and deploy his unit to dominate the game.  The DL is fantastic this season which helps the secondary immensely and even #46 is starting to make plays at LB.  Most importantly, like SHA said, Hager has beautiful Farrah Fawcett hair.
