Of all the coaches, Kyle and Watson would have been my bottom 2. I don't think it's Shannahan. I think it's more like Riley or that there's serious negotiations going on in organizing a large buy out for an OC... Morris.

You don't get a job in the NFL because your dad coached a team 10 years ago. The NFL is serious. Nor do I think Saban would bring on a coach for the same reason.

I believe the ship has sailed on Morris unless one of our BMD's step up and absorb the buyout.

Lincoln Riley & Groh remain as two intriguing prospects. With Wickline being named as a co oc, Texas needing a play caller and WR coach, I can see why Riley is receiving

fair consideration.

You are right, of course, but here we are actually talking about buying out Morris's contract of over $5M. It's crazy, but yet....

And, don't you agree it's a lot more pleasant on this blog? The mods here appear to be good people, they control the tone, and I don't really care if some of their content comes from other sites.
