I just read a national publication that said Jerry should trade Tony Romo for Peyton Manning. I won't post a link to this asshole who ignores two main points to get hits.
The jerk ignores the salary cap implications. Romo just had his contract re-done at the start of this past season. He makes $12 million a year and if the Cowboys cut him they would have a $12 million salary cap hit and lose a top 10 Qb.
To then add a player, in Peyton Manning. who will never play another down in the NFL is adding insult to injury. The change from journalism to headlines that draw hits is turning great publications into rags. It is no longer about anything resembling the truth, it is about getting people to come read the articles and read the ads.
The problem say some is Romo has not won the big game. Using this logic I submit you must cut or trade DeMarcus Ware and Jay Ratliff. Don't forget Sean Lee, who has won nothing in his two years here. I hate stupid and this writer majors in stupid...
