Today's Texas minicamp went down in a BIG way today. The Longhorns hosted a ton of kids from the 2014 and 2015 class - and yes, even one from 2016 (Desoto QB Tristan Wallace). Newton's Kevin Shorter was not able to make the camp - for guys that were asking.
The Horns dished out a ton of offers (we will compile them here later) but currently received 3 commitments from the 2015 class at or after the mini-camp:
1. Lufkin's Keke Coutee (Athlete)
Coutee Plays Wideout and Cornerback at Lufkin but was recruited by the Longhorns as a defensive back.
2. Center's Johnny Shaw (Safety)
Shaw was a TCU commit for the past 3 weeks and committed today after the minicamp. Good sized guy with speed and a heavy hitter.
3. Hays HS's Connor Lanfear (Offensive tackle)
Dominates in HS games. 6-6, 275 stud bowls over opponents.

Don't be surprised if another commitments or two comes today/tomorrow..... Mack has a highly successful day today.
