I believe is that they are keep saying it is not true and hoping us underlings believe them and then strike with the truth before McPhaul or IT brings the information out again even though you guys have already stated the truth.

Again, unless Powers got permission from Alabama to speak with Saban directly, he CANNOT. Now, was there a conversation through a third party? Who knows but because there would be a major lawsuit if Powers did in fact talk to Saban without getting permission from Alabama first, I'm tending to think Chip has this one right.
