Some notes coming out of the weekend.

The Texas pitching staff hadn't given up a home run until the start of the bottom of the 6th on Sunday.

The pitching w/o adding the totals from Sunday the staff was already at 111 strikeouts.

Just need to limit the walks and HBP.

The fielding has been great as well. Outside of Volantis having 2 errors (didn't even think he any); there has been only 3 errors on fielders.

Why Schloss accepted a challenge of growing beard if the team won 5 in a row; I have know idea, but he did and know he has to keep it until they lose.

Outside of maybe the road trip to Texas State next Tuesday; I don't see a loss going into the start of conference play a week from this weekend. Could we be 16-0 when Ole Miss comes to visit to start conference play.
