Have to agree with Lobo on this. Women's basketball is weak this year in the Big 12. Baylor will always be good but you can beat Kansas State and others. Start to win and recruiting will improve.

God forbid we give Karen Aston credit for building an actual team out of the high priced mess Coach G left this program in. "Weakness" didn't get two stellar recruiting classes in here.

Didn't say we shouldn't give her credit, in fact the weakness of the Big 12 could give her an advantage in recruiting. Some recruits want to be giant killers or build back up a once proud program. Baylor being the only true women's basketball power in the conference can play to our advantage. Knock off the Bears and make Texas king of the hill once again.

That would be my pitch. But again, not saying she isn't doing a good job.
