Relying on seeding is a terrible method, btw, simply because it is biased (subjective).  I think if the score is tied, they should default to hits or a ratio of hits to errors, or some other measurable method.

If the game is tied when suspended, the higher seeded team would be declared the winner if play cannot resume.

IOW, Texas must be ahead to be declared winner.
