They probably don’t address that in the rule book.  I say toss Blue.

One would have to assume  1st ump. called time. He should have stepped up and corrected situation.

Umps. are human abd make mistakes. Goog ones correct them if possible

Funniest thing I ever had happen was ump. bent over sweeplng home plate and a runner frpm third slid home knocking broom from his hand. Ump. forgot to call time.

He objected to a 3rd strike call that was over the right handed batters box. Terrible call by the ump who I suspected was still pissed at Pierce.

My Grandson played again tonight. They were 1 run ahead going into the bottom of the last inning. He pitched the entire last game, so tonight it was 2 other pitchers. 
 

They put my Grandson in for the last inning.  He threw 11 pitches. First batter got on. Next batter hit an infield fly. The opposing coach sent (I guess??) his guy on base to second   G/S caught the pop up, tagged first, then struck out the last batter.  He is 10 & was all smiles. So was I!

So much fun when things go right!
