Texas volleyball recruiting

So far in the 2015 class Elliott has the number 4 5, and 11 players in the country committed to the Horns. Texas has 4 commits already in the 2016 class but it's a little early on the rankings. Westerlund, a 2016 commit, has a good chance to be the top player in the country come her senior year (she plays on the same club team as Elliott's daughter).

I think she ends up playing basketball at the next level. She's currently the number 1 recruit in the country in the 2016 class for basketball. I believe she visited Texas last summer. IMO Texas has as good a shot with her as any other program. There's a good chance Texas could get an early commit from Joyner who is the number 2 player in the country, and she also plays forward. Not sure how that will impact Cox's recruitment.
