I wrote nearly 19,000 words over 9 preview pieces, 'long and complicated' is my default setting.

I’m certainly not complaining about your default setting. After last year my default setting is I don’t trust shaka smart.

@Bitterwhiteguy can correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like this is the first season that Shaka has a team in place that reflects what he wants the program to look like. He has "his guys" with various skill sets, that give him a lot of different lineup options. This is probably the most skilled ball handlers we've had on a roster in awhile, and this is easily the most legitimate depth we've had in awhile too. Finally, there's upperclassmen and experience on this team (for once). To argue what a difference this can make, look at how Tech did last season and let's see how they do this season after losing those players.

@Bear19, I totally understand the frustrations but it really hurts the team when you lose arguably your best player to cancer. However, if Shaka falls on his face this season, then I'd probably move closer to your camp.
