Texas vs Stanford series

  • The Longhorns trail the all-time series with the Cardinal 29-32-1.

  • Last season, Texas won two of three games between the teams.

  • In Palo Alto, Stanford leads the all-time series 16-7, including six straight wins.

  • The Cardinal went 2-1 at CS-Fullerton earlier in the season and 2-2 at Rice last weekend.

Stanford hasn't announced pitchers yet. The names in parentheses above are the starters they used in last weekend's 4-game set with Rice.

Regardless, one of the keys for Texas this weekend is getting into the Cardinal bullpen. Stanford's starters are better than their relievers.

How many series does Texas play against Stanford?? Is it just 1 game or 2 game serie oh nevermind ..its right in front of me 4 game series...its gonna be a good game series

Alright folks, the Joeywa has arrived.

Stanford will go with FR RHP Weisenberg.

Texas has Hollingsworth on the bump

Couple of notes tonight.

Please forgive typos. I'm on the iPad.

Brisket tastes awesome at a baseball game.

It is a beautiful night in Palo Alto. Light breeze blowing out to CF/LCF.

Stanford wearing all whites, crimson caps and socks.

Texas wearing brunt orange jerseys, caps and socks with gray pants.

this is the series I've always based my opinion on the early season on. I've always been a very big fan of the way MM runs that program out there
