I don't know how to link to a tweet so maybe someone can help me out but Brian Davis had a good one from Monday's press conference.

Apparently, Jacory Warrick guaranteed that Texas would get to a bowl but PR made him amend his statement and say they will try their best.

Kansas is not a given here. They are improving and yes, they sometimes can't get out of their own way. But think about it. They haven't won a conference game in three years. And Texas rolls into town for a home game and looking rather vulnerable.

The Jayhawks will be up for this one. This may be their last chance at a conference win this season. And that would represent a huge step forward for them.

We better be on upset alert in the locker room this week.

And I agree, a loss to KU means all doubt is removed. Charlie has to go.

Surely you're not suggesting we might go on the road and give less than a stellar effort?  Perish the thought....

You forget how badly the 2005 Longhorns performed in Lawrence. VY had to bail us out.

Yea, I still can't believe that we weren't bowl eligible until we won that game. Oh wait, maybe I have that year and this year mixed up. Damn, I'm getting old!
