are pleased with the hiring of Smart...they like it and are great with it!

Since Tevin Mack has already signed a Letter of Intent with VCU, would he be eligible to come to Texas?  Would it require him to transfer and sit out a year if he decided to come to Texas?  Just some thoughts and questions.

Most of the time the school will let you out of your LOI after a coaching change.
