Silent Commitment - Poona Ford

Nobody on 247 has predicted he'll go anywhere but Texas since August 3rd. And there is over a full page of people predicting Texas. If he commits anywhere else, I'll be shocked.

August 3rd? We have only been recruiting him for about 3 weeks.

Think he's just saying the last prediction that wasn't Texas occurred on August 3rd. Yep, just checked 247. 8-3-13 was the last prediction for Poona that wasn't Texas. I will say a Purdue insider picking Texas after Poona visited Purdue, is good news. He could be wrong of course, but he must be getting info/vibes that Poona is still going to Texas even after the visit to Purdue.

That doesn't change the fact that the last prediction that wasn't a Texas Prediction, was on August 3rd.

The last prediction that wasn't Texas on 247 was by Jeremiah Sharpe and he predicted Louisville. The next Poona Prediction after that was by Tylor Donohue on January 10th and he predicted Texas. Since Donohue's prediction, 30+ people on 247 have predicted Texas.

CS & Jean-Mary met with Poona, his dad and grandmother. It's being said that the meeting (3 hrs long) had a big impact and the favor now rests securely with the good guys. It's been pretty obvious that Purdue made a big splash with him last week but this last-minute in-home visit seems to have placed us as the team to beat. I don't know what Mizzou thinks it can hold above Texas for this kid but it doesn't sound like Charlie and staff are too worried about his visiting them

One has to wonder as well if Missouri is on the verge of receiving some sanctions.

Hmmmm - looks like Horn Sports was the first blog to confirm a silent commitment of all the sports blogs.

Way to go, Horn Sports!
