Happy Saturday! What better way to enjoy a relaxing day than asking some questions on HornSports?

Not much is going on right now for Texas football. The coaches are hitting the recruiting trail hard and players are working out 5 days a week to prepare for summer. If you have any recruiting questions, fire away!

ICYMI: Daniel, Will, and I highlighted our 5 must have recruits for the 2018 cycle. Check it out here and give us some feedback: http://www.hornsports.com/forums/topic/14494-five-must-have-recruits-for-the-2018-recruiting-class-by-hornsports-staff/?do=findComment&comment=248943

Darius Theus, former point guard under Shaka Smart at VCU, was named Director of Player Development on Thursday. Do you like this hire?

In baseball, Texas has already surpassed its win total from last season. They now sit at 26-15, 7-8 in Big 12 play. The Horns really need to sweep this series against UNO.

What are your thoughts on a relaxing Saturday? I'll be here throughout the day to answer your questions, as well as some other staff members. Let's talk football, basketball, baseball, or anything else on your mind!

With nothing much else going on, may as well predict next season...

Maryland - W

San Jose State - W

USC - L

ISU - W

KSU - W

OU - W

OSU - W

Baylor - W

TCU - W

KU - W

WVU - L

TTU - W

I don't know if this team is a 10-2 type team yet, but I also think this is certainly possible. I think the middle of the season (KSU, OU, OSU, TCU) will be huge, I want revenge against all of those teams, and I refuse to think there is any good reason why we can't take 3 out of 4.

I admire your enthusiasm.

If we go eight and four with no more than one bad loss I will be satisfied. If we go eight and four with no blowout losses I will be happy.

If we go nine and three I will be ecstatic.

If we go 10 and two I will shit a gold brick.

I think 8-4 is more likely than 10-2...I just get nauseated at the thought of losing to Okie state for a third straight year, or TCU for a 4th.

I'm with you all the way but that gold brick might hurt a little...lol. I was a major Charlie Strong supporter, but in hindsight the in game management was terrible and considering we lost 5 games by 7 or less, Herman with his attention to detail could possibly turn losses like that into wins.

I like your enthusiasm but I can't pick a W over OU... yet. Right now I think 8 or 9 wins, but that can always change! I am optimistic about where the program stands.

We beat the OU playoff team 2 years ago and only lost last year by 5 and any type of in-game adjustment defensively we win. OU is going down, Herman already beat Stoops with UH talent he damn sure can with the talent on our roster. There's no DeDe, Mixon, or Perine this year either and they will be lacking at DT.

So, Rising flips to the good guys. How does this affect Thompson's commitment? I'm torn. I was excited when I read the news, but considering the offense Herman and Beck want to run, isn't Thompson better suited? Then there is the recruitment of Thompson's 7 on 7 teamates, how does this affect that? And does Thompson now consider OU or UNC?

Rising's commitment bumped Texas 12 spots in the 247 rankings.

No need to worry about Thompson

I know I missed the Saturday chat but I have a question for the staff:

Who are 3 recruits you feel most confident in UT landing (not already committed)?

&

Who are 3 recruits you feel the least confident in UT landing (That we are targeting)?
