It's crazy to think how hot they were at the start of the season. Seemed to far exceed everyone's expectations. Everyone (including
myself) was proclaiming coach prime as a very good coach.
Now I think he has averaged out to have the results most people expected. The jury is definitely still out on how successful he will be in the long run.

Yup Coach Prime was using the Buffs to get his son to the NFL and maybe even a ride himself. I would love to LMAO in front of Stephen A right now....Prime thought he could be the rainmaker and everyone including the media drank the kool ade
I don't think the media drank the cool aide until Colorado surprised everyone with an impressive start, beating TCU and Nebraska where they were big underdogs. Once that happened the media frenzy was over the top for sure. But before those first 2 games where Sanders and Travis Hunter went crazy I think the vast majority of the college football world was mostly dismissive of Colorado.
