Tennessee, under Prewitt, was pretty lawless. They were desperate to catch up with the LSUs and Bamas. What you're seeing is just the tip of the ice berg. There's a ton more that is not included in the report for whatever reason. Dollar bills were flying around.

Tennessee has become a better team, but its mostly been Hypel's doings. It would seem he's kept it clean with the NCAA poking around.
