i don't get it. If you are going to spend $95 million to get rid of a coach, why would you bring in someone unproven in a P5 conference?

Millions upon millions of dollars mixed with a program full of insecure people who want so desperately to win and be cool is a horrible combination that leads to one poor, brazen decision after another.
