Be interesting to see how that plays out.  Do you know if the penalties for breaking the rules are spelled out?  And if so what they are?

Maybe Texas being a bit late to the game to make sure they are in compliance will work out.

Texas A&M strength and conditioning coach Jerry Schmidt, who was lured away from Oklahoma four years ago by head football coach Jimbo Fisher, is headed back to the Sooners.
 

I missed this.  This is one of the top couple of guys in the country at his craft.  Big for Oklahoma…….Bad for Aggies
