Ricky Seals- Jones DeCommits

The reports now are that he has Texas and Texas A&M in a dead-even battle for his services. He likes both which is a big problem for me. I understand the SEC lure that A&M provides but he has grown up in Texas and he knows which school he prefers.

So word is he was in College Station and met with the football and basketball coaches. He ever played pick up games.

My question, where the hell was Rick Barnes? I guess he has tired of screwing up our basketball program and is not concentrating on football.

Barnes is not bad at all compared to what we could have as bb coach. Tom Penders was half the coach Barnes is.

Hey I talk to Tommy all the time on Twitter. Barnes ignores me..probably because he doesn't have a Twitter account?

Things are apparently swinging back into the Longhorns favor recently. Looks like RSJ meeting with Mack and Barnes was a pretty big help.

All I cared about for this class was Swoopes & RSJ. It would be a killer if he goes aggie......worse if he goes to Baylor.

I agree about Baylor being worse. We would have to face him. After this season if I never have to mention ATM again, that will still be too often..

Rumor has it RSJ's chances of coming back to the Longhorns are better than average, but Im only hearing it so far from one money driven source. Stay tuned.

him coming back to us is at 75%

Yeah, and the sole source I heard it from wants $9.95 a month to tell you that, so I mentioned it but didnt put a whole lot of stock in it.

If he gave a specific percentage like he supposedly did, and that % was in fact 75%, then I would not get my hopes up. His choice in a college is a stepping stone to the NFL but we need guys like Raulerson that are 100 percenters. Not that I would be opposed to RSJ playing at Texas - it's just a little disconcerting to hear that Texas is only at 75% on his scale - considering they were at 100% a few weeks ago wehn he was a commit. We need to know so that we can plan. Mack should keep moving forward, especially since Samples is leaning toward A&M. We need a WR now.

RSJ looked good at The Opening. This kid needs to put on a Horns jersey and QUICK.

The interview I watch at the Happening, he said he was going to LSU and maybe Oregon if he could arrange a visit? He also said the Longhorns are still his top team but he just wants to look around. He said he would not take long to decide after the LSU visit.

He's just trying to get the best deal he can, and if its cash or something shady he wants, LSU and Oregon are natural places to go.

That thought crossed my mind when I heard those two schools, especially Oregon.

I was pissed when I heard the decommitment but we don't want a half-asser in Austin do we? When he comes back around he will be all-in. He is a special talent in football and we need him. Hell, the basketball team could use him too!

Does he play baseball?
