RANDOLPH DUKE THE AGS LOVE YOU

Dan/Duke: I contacted Kelly Coffey with JP Morgan Chase this afternoon and she will establish an escrow account of $200,000 split 50/50 between you and me if you can invalidate the TAMU 12th man trademark within two weeks. Put your research and money to the test. Kelly's number is 212-464-1909.

Kelly never heard from you. That is fine due to EST. If you truly believe in your research and that you will invalidate the TAMU 12th man trademark within your expounded time frame of two weeks, then she will hear from you within 48 hours. If she doesn't receive a transfer of funds then you will concede your mendacious research as unfounded and malicious.

You aggys love to make "brave" bets, but usually refuse to make real bets. We'll just consider your bets fake bets. Fake is a terdition at TAMU, amirite? ;)

Who determines "invalidation"? Invalidation of a trademark would require a legal finding. In your chickenshit way, you know no legal determination of invalidity will work its way through the federal appeals process in two weeks.

Besides, as I said earlier, unlike the TAMU administration, I can't ethically profit from the school's fraudulent activities.

I concede nothing other than you are chickenshit.

The trademark is fraudulent. What the Attorney General chooses to do is the real question.

Just answer one question, Why are the alumni of TAMU so scared of talking honestly about their school's history or their school's traditions? Why do you so feel you need to fraudulently represent the history and traditions of your school?

Hedging your bet already? Now it's the AG's fault if nothing happens?

I also see you are resorting to name calling a bit more often now, feeling you stance falling apart yet?

Your limited understanding of the legal process does not constitute my hedging of any bet I never made.

And as for name calling, let me ask something most aggys have heard many times before, "What the hell are you talking about?"

I know this should not astonish you coming from Charles M Satterfield III but Jason Cook has nothing to do Texas A&M trademark responsibilities. Since he is waiting on Jason's response, the Texas AG maybe waiting a while.
Do you speak English?
WTF is Jason cook?

You're slipping old man. You can feel this whole thing slowly falling apart.

You've been here all day so maybe you're falling apart. Would not surprise.

Look aggy. I guess we have to staple this to your forehead for you to get it.

IF there is nothing to Duke's claim, as you suggest, then why are you so uptight about it that you've had to wait on his every post with baited breath? You're still here despite being reduced to posting stupid shit like the above.

If you don't have anything to suggest Duke is wrong, then you really have nothing of interest to post. "Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire" is just stupid around the 15th time its said.

Not a brave bet at all. This will be the easiest money I have made since the Lion Oil and Monsanto merger! I have given you my financial adviser's name and number and apprised her that we both will be transferring $100,000 for her to escrow for two weeks. I will even pay the interest. If that is too much for you I will bet you $25,000. Time for you to actually back your volumes of dribble with hard earned cash. If you are truly honorable and trustworthy to the fine people of Texas who are reading this website, you would take this bet.

When I call Kelly on Friday morning and your funds are not accounted for, I will assume that you are a fraud and your life's research is for naught.

I honestly don't know exactly what is going on behind the scenes, nor should I, but I have a really fine cigar in the humidor and I think its days are numbered.

I know what the individuals have to work with and I don't expect them to pull many punches.

I can say this, I expect it to dwarf the WSJ article.
Randy - I'm not much of a fan of cryptic innuendos.  How about supplying some meat to your sketchy predictions.

For one thing it helps your credibility should they come to pass.  Unless you are afraid they will destroy your credibility if they don't?

As far as the aggy's on here, intent in their quest to discredit RD and his "12th Man" treatise, I suggest you back off, gain a little altitude and reevaluate your purpose.

The so called "12th man" tradition may or may not be legit.  Honestly, I think most on here could care less.  But the issue of "12th man' legitimacy is not the point.

It is your insistence on calling it an aggy "tradition".  What do you aggy's know of tradition and isn't it time you remove this fraudulent mantra from your cult's by laws?  You blithely pooped off a 100 year "tradition", that the core (Corps) of aggy brainwashing made you even seem relevant.  At least passably relevant beyond being nothing more than an agricultural and mechanical sub-branch of the main university of the state of Texas.

So, crowing about "tradition", in your pointless struggle to retain the "12th man" label, has really become quite sad.

Nay, it is actually embarrassing - to your school, the state and the reputation of Texans to the SEC and the rest of the country.

The fact that several of you are over here desperately trying to invalidate RD's claim, is evidence that you still don't understand how ridiculous it makes you look.

There is a reason joke books are written about aggys.

Doc, he can't right now. He can't because he's not an editor or writer of a certain publication that is being referred to here. And I think he's referring also to the AGs office, which would be the same situation.

So for him to provide predictions and such would be foolish because there are others who are calling the shots.

It seems the best I can read this now is that Duke is confident that there's a story to run, he's confident of most of what the story will be . . . but he can't go much further than that without being directly involved, which he's not.

IMO, thanks to the heated anticipation of our visiting aggy, this has grown larger legs than it can have at this point. Suffice to say, a few weeks or month will go by and then boom, one day you'll click on Hornsports and Duke will have posted a thread in ALL CAPS telling us all about it and posting the article.
