The playoff format will change everything. Aggy will have a very hard time getting into it in that conference for the next 2 seasons. If we find a solid QB solution and start to play defense at a high level, we will have a much better shot to get there. Aggy will not be a better football team this season, they will be worse, and they didn't even beat a single top 25 team this regular season. The myth that they are a great program is just that. They made a great move in jumping ship for the SEC and caught lightning in a bottle with Manziel. Yet they still posted a pretty mediocre record with the best player in their history. Let's have this conversation this time next year. I believe it will be very different.
That said, they are all super excited and have their chests puffed out right now, and yes, it is VERY annoying. We dug this hole by letting Mack Brown sit around too long, and this is the result of that decision. But it is not a lost cause, and winning with swagger WILL cure it. The biggest thing Texas needs to do now is bury the soft label and put a product on the field that kids will want to be a part of.

How dare a head coach at the University of Texas tell recruits they have to go to class, and worse be on time? Good grief, he even wants them to graduate?

Next thing you know he will make them stay out of trouble and not take money from boosters.

Sadly we were in the running for these (5) quality players from Augustine Florida. There is the entire set of DB's for 2015, gone because they won't live on campus, go to classes or graduate. This shit is not going to work.
