 he is a terrible baseball player. he hustles, runs hard and swings his ass off. he is strong and sometimes hits it a mile when pitchers throw where he is swinging. if pitchers threw him a steady diet of low and away sliders, he would hit .017. he takes terrible routes to fly balls and has the worst arm in the history of baseball. 

other than that, I think he is Hall of Fame.

Hunter Pence almost always makes the wrong first few steps.

Hunter Pence still got to more balls than Carlos Lee. Much More.
