He is bringing Stan Hixon with him.

Hixon came to Penn State after spending 31 years in coaching at both the collegiate and professional level. He coached the Buffalo Bills wide receivers from 2010-2011 and worked in the same role with the Washington Redskins from 2004-2009. He’s worked with the likes of Stevie Johnson, Santana Moss and Antwaan Randle-El and has a proven track record.
Hixon was as associate head coach and wide receivers coach at LSU from 2000-2003 and also worked with O’Brien at Georgia Tech, coaching the receivers from 1995-1999.

There are plenty of players on the Texans' roster who could stand being held accountable.

It would be nice if this extended upstairs to the GM too, but Smith seems to hold a protected position.

After the game, Jadeveon Clowney confirmed he is going to the NFL.

Joining Bridgewater.

Will be interesting to see which O'Brien prefers.

I love Clowney, but at the same time it would be easy to conclude the Texans are be looking at QB-hell for the next couple years if they don't do something now.

My personal nightmare scenario is Manziel somehow ended up here -- Just shoot me now.

It sounds like he is a tough, honest coach. I hope to learn more of his philosophy on the type of O and D he will run. I wanted someone more innovative but time will tell.
