Herman is still the man for the job!

Yall say Herman and Strong had similar experience and resume....but I dont quite think so. Herman is supposed to be very detail orientated. Strong was not touted as so. Spacial teams and game management were supposed to be Strongs weak points. Turns out that they in fact are weak beyond belief. I have to believe that Herman would be better there as he is aledgedly a details guy. Herman is an Offense guy while Strong is a defense guy. I was told by someone who seems to know a lot about such things when Strong got here...."ya'll are going to love him every day but Saturday"....Turns out that is spot on. Were Strong winning, I dont think anyone any where could out recruit him, but that winning has yet to happen. Herman is apparantly an amazing recruiter in his own right.

Bottom line....they were both great coordinators of big time programs and both had success at lesser than top tier schools as head coaches. Herman just doesnt have the red flags that Strong had.
