The atty who helped Chuckie Sonntag and got aggy to pay him to settle the suit the aggys brought against him last year is in touch with the General Counsel for the Colts. They have all the information necessary to kick the living crap out of the university. The Colts haven't been served with a copy of the complaint yet, so we are early in the process. The suit was filed in federal court in Texas. When the Colts reply to the complaint, it should be hilarious.
