yes.  turner was fired for showing poor judgment at miami, and he's filed suit over that firing.  i'm assuming for wrongful termination.  man, did he send a bouquet of roses to those defense attorneys with this dopey decision.

agree that this smear reaches sumlin.  he's had too many marks against his name for this to not sting.

edit: no, he's suing the fellow who compiled the report on him that led to his dismissal.  my point remains.

it's amazing to watch both aggy and baylor lay all their troubles at our feet mere months apart and not be smacked dead from the irony.

and both totally discount the others' laying of blame on us.  utterly astonishing.  no self-awareness whatever among the most vehement in either camp.
