Kansas makes it interesting, too interesting, in the top of the 9th but Texas holds on to win 5-4.

KU hit a 2 run HR with 2 outs and then the next batter hit a deep fly ball to RF (I thought it had a good chance to clear the fence) for an out.

Last night the announcers were stating that if Texas won the Big XII tournament, they could possibly host a regional. Tech & TCU will host one, that's a given. With Baylor and ou going 0-2 and aggy losing their only $ec tourney game, it does increase our chances.

I don't think we can be a number one seed. But I do think it's possible we could host a tournament as a two seed.

Tech heads back to Lubbock after falling to WVU tonight 12-7.

WVU will play Ok State tomorrow.

TCU/KU lace em up in about an hour.

Ok State punches its ticket into the Big12 Tournament Title Game, beating WVU 4-3 in 10 innings.

Gurwitz with a slight tweak of the "other" hamstring will sideline him for this game, at least at the beginning of the game.
