North Shore Offensive Lineman Tyler Moore offered by Texas

MB, Moore is going to get offers from other Big 12 schools - you can bank on that.  I respect the other sites out there in Longhorn World that are giving their opinions on the offer, etc. but this kid has the size and tools to play at Texas but moreover he fits into the Wickline system.

The last grayshirt offer was Naashon Hughes and he is a redshirt freshman (2014) full scholarship athlete at Texas now.  Wickline has been intrigued with Moore for quite some time and there is more than casual interest in him by Texas.

Let's see how it plays out but he is going to get a lot of looks by a lot of good Division 1 teams.

I never said he was not a good player. But all I know is that when he received his offer every Longhorn site said it was a greyshirt offer. That is all I said. Now as of today apparently it is a full offer. If you see my above post I said good for him.

I will say this I am happy for the kid in receiving an offer from Texas especially if UT is his dream school. I know I am excited everyday that I have a degree from UT. Hook'em

I still think the rank of #70 is underestimating this kid.

I did not see a better OL at the Houston Nike camp.

Of course your opinion after actually observing him is not as relevant as an internet expert who's never seen him play relying solely on arbitrary star rankings. . .

If Wickline thinks he's TEXAS good .. . keep in mind an OL coach who's put many a 2 or 3 star OL into the NFL, a couple in the 1st 3 rounds. . . .good enough for me. . .

Some of these twits sound like aggies at the end of the 1st quarter (keep in mind signing day is 7 months away). . . . .. and another reason to never comment during a game. . . .

I dont know what he does in the weight room currently but that kid has the frame and chest for over 500lbs on the bench sooner rather than later. Need to close the deal on him.

JW, this kid is all that and a bag of chips.  Saw him several times in person and what I like most other than his size and attitude on the field is he is a humble guy.  He has the size and talent to play at some of the best schools in the country

We will have a story on Moore out next week with all the details but he's a guy that would work his butt off for Texas.

He's working his tail off off this summer.
