Nebraska with the worst luck

In 48 hours they've lost 3 starters on defense for the entire year to injury. 

Sometimes I question if fall practices should be limited. Granted, I understand you have to be ready to play come opening day.

Remember when the Big 12 formed and Nowledge U was on top of the football world and they had the "best" fans in college football?  I was just wondering how their fans are reacting now that they are just an average school with very few medals on their collective chests in over a decade.

Their fans would clap and cheer for the other team in certain situations and they were very gracious to us when we began beating them like a red-headed stepchild.

Are they still sugary sweet to the other fans and teams or have they now become like just about every other fan-base?  Anyone know?

Nebraska was the original "Thug U" before Miami usurped the title in perpetuity.

St. Thomas Osborne built the mighty Huskers on the backs of Prop 48, partial qualifiers.  UT put an end to that nonsense by insisting that the newly formed Big 12's bylaws disallow that practice.  This effectively ended NU's run.

Poor Huskers.  It was fun while it lasted.
