We haven't done that since 2009. You sure expect a lot from your football team.

Loved nabbing Collins, huge get.  Bummed there were no real surprises.  I honestly expected to land 1-3 more guys.    Big class in 2021 so now it's time to get these young pups ready.

I agree. It was disappointing that there wasn't a new recruit after the initial signing day that committed. The fact that Missouri and Arizona signed recruits after Texas came calling is a little worrisome.

I don't think Texas ever offered Whitley, the Arizona signee. I think they just kicked the tires and said no thanks.

Not sure how serious of prospects they were.   It was a small/smaller class but using average star rankings (granted from Rivals), TEXAS finished #9.  And frankly average star tells the "quality" question better than the "sum them all up" method which is a function of quantity.

Need to find at least 1 LB in the grad portal.  Know they are looking at another WR but our WR room is in decent shape.

I want to start playing every week the way we play against Utah and Georgia....... and in spurts other times (see Tech Texas game 2nd half). Hopefully with the last class and now this class we’re on our way to seeing that. I don’t like 21-20 games. I like beatdowns. We will see soon.

I'll still take 10-9 every game as long as we're on top, but yeah, 100-9 does sound better.

Be good to get a proven WR. Right now we don't have a proven guy to 50+ catches. Talent is there, but nice to get a Sr. leader out of the portal.

Agree, but a new play caller could get all our talented receivers involved more and not need a 50+ guy.  Harder to defend when all are go-to receivers.
