It's also why I'm interested to see what Daje does this year. There were some cancers on the team that were friends with Daje that needed to be gone. Cancers bring other players down.

Sometimes it's hard for fans to realize that it can be a good thing when a player leaves.

Do we really want Strong, Watson, Wickline, Robinson or the offense wasting time working with someone who isn't willing to put in the work? Nah, let's put that effort elsewhere.

I wonder if our resident complainers were ever athletic competitors. If so, were they the ones who complained and brought everyone down, or did they persevere and hold their teammates up.

Face it, whether one is an athlete or an employee, there are contributors and takers. The takers drain the energy from everyone else. I want to be around contributors. It sounds like most of the team does, as well. Why drag someone's whiny, complaining, discontented attitude around?
