Per usual, I will be covering the action live on Twitter @harrison_wier. Follow me if you want to see the updates as they happen, or watch it on LHN. If not, I will have a recap up shortly after of what went down. Today will be interesting, as I suspect some personnel decisions and coaching will be discusses. Stay tuned.

Who keeps asking Charlie if it's hard to coach in a "pass happy" league.

I mean. Charlie pretty much shot that down as plain wrong.

Strong: "A lot of people think this is a pass happy league, but really there isn't." Says Big 12 teams play with balance on offense.

You'll find out tonight in our burnt ends the tangible results of this in his recruiting game.

Strong spoke with the media, and so did Chris Nelson, Paul Boyette, and Breckyn Hager. No offensive guys present. Will have the recap up as soon as I can.

Interesting how different universities handle similar issues. For example, Notre Dame cans their defensive coordinator with it being perceived that Kelly has the rest of the year to prove improvement. Adversely, Texas allows Strong to keep Bedford. Is it easier to fire Strong by asserting that he was loyal (to Bedford) to a fault?

A win this weekend would go a long way for both coaches.

ND has lost 3 games this year, so there's that.

Saw that. We will see how 'outstanding' he is this weekend. He better be that adjective if he wants to be employed next year.
I saw all of last season and developed the informed opinion that he hasn't coached very well for about 14 months now.
